We spent the afternoon at the ruins of the abandoned radarstation on the top of teufelsberg in berlin. It had been raining in the morning so inside the whole building there were different kind of drops to record. This is a binaural-recording. It sounds amazing with headphones. A 24bit 29khz stereo recording of quite a rowdy sheep herd in a field. Has some very faint wind noise, but if used as ambiance it would not be noticeable. A recording taken at 6:03 am - 7:03 am 2/3/2023 in northern wisconsin near a pond and small lake. The temperature is -21 deg f and you can hear the trees make popping noises occasionally due to the cold, which is the interesting part of this recording. There is a distant owl calling early in the recording and you can hear coyotes in the distance. Unfortunately trucks in the distance too. This is hour 854 of a 1054 hour recording (12/29/22 - 2/11/23).

Recorded at the occupy toronto basecamp in st james's park, toronto, right next to the anglican cathedral of st james, 11 nov 2011. At the start of the recording, you can hear the cathedral bells chime. Most of the recording is of the ambient sounds of a walk-through of the park surrounded by the occupy protesters. Here's some ambience i recorded in 2021 when i went to surf side beach, texas for a weekend vacation with family. This was recorded from the decking of the house we were staying in. The beach was probably around 50 yards away from us, give or take a few feet. The ambience was recorded with the sennheiser ambeo smart headset (no longer made) connected to an apple iphone 8 with an app called backpack studio acting as the actual recorder.
